Job Description
Seeking a Senior Account Manager to work with a well established Business Management Accounting firm handling very high end entertainment clients, must be experienced in this business. Responsibilities include:
- Taking care of multiple high net worth entertainment clients.
- Previous experience of handling large clients and their entities.
- Full charge bookkeeping.
- Interaction with clients over the phone.
- General ledger coding and posting journal entries.
- Bank account reconciliation.
- Working on datafaction imaging software.
- Previous experience of working in business management accounting industry is a Must!
Salary range from $60k up to $100k plus depending upon experience. Plus excellent benefits.
Also looking for Business Management Accounting Bookkeepers with datafaction experience.
Job Requirements
The requirements for the Senior Account Manager for this great Business Management firm located in Beverly Hills and/or West Los Angeles.
- Previous experience of working as an Account Manager for a Business Management accounting firm is a MUST!
- Experience of handling large clients and their entities.
- Need an Account Manager who is “seasoned” with several years experience.
- Datafaction software experience.
- Supervisory experience of Bookkeepers required.
- Full charge bookkeeping.
- Interaction on the phones with high net worth clients in the entertainment industry.
- Longevity on employment history.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
- Accuracy and attention to detail a must.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Live within reasonable commutable distance.
